Information We Collect

• Account profile, email authentication identifiers, optional profile photo, birthday, and partner-pairing records.
• Shared couple content, timeline memories, timeline photos, date plans, lists, daily questions, game answers, app settings, notification tokens, analytics, crash diagnostics, and purchase entitlement records.
• Optional live location data when the user turns sharing on, including precise, approximate, or city-level location, accuracy, battery state, saved places, SOS alerts, and geofence-related status shared only with the paired partner.
• Optional period tracker data stored locally by default; if the user enables sharing, selected cycle, symptom, mood, forecast, and reminder information can sync to the paired partner.
• Premium timeline cloud backup metadata keyed to the user's verified account email. Private Vault photos and videos stay local and are excluded from timeline backups.
• PIN, biometric unlock settings, and Vault encryption material handled locally by the device.

How We Use Information

• Authenticate users and keep paired partners connected.
• Sync shared content, games, reminders, and timeline memories between the two paired accounts.
• Show partner location, saved-place arrival/departure alerts, SOS flows, and foreground-service notifications only after user action and permission.
• Provide cycle predictions and partner-visible period reminders when the user opts in; predictions are estimates and not medical advice or contraception guidance.
• Back up and restore premium timeline memories after reinstall or account recovery using the same verified email.
• Protect access, operate app features, process subscriptions and ads, diagnose crashes, and process deletion requests.

Third-party services process information according to their own privacy policies. Corsair Labs does not sell, rent, or trade personal data.

Data Sharing

We share data only when needed to operate Lovelock, provide infrastructure, process purchases or ads where enabled, comply with law, prevent abuse, or respond to user support and deletion requests.

Data Retention And Deletion

Couple records and shared content remain while the account or couple pairing is active. Live location is overwritten as it updates, and location history is retained only for short safety/geofence windows. Premium timeline backups remain until overwritten by a new backup or deleted through a support or account-deletion request. Private Vault media remains on the user's device until deleted locally, app data is cleared, or the account deletion flow removes local data. Unpair and delete-account flows remove linked Firestore records, stored shared media, and the Firebase Auth account where available.

You can request deletion by contacting labscorsair@gmail.com and including the app name, your account identifier if applicable, and the type of data you want deleted.

Children's Privacy

Lovelock requires users to be at least 13 years old. Some optional mature game content is intended for adults and is gated inside the app.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to the app's features, such as access controls, encrypted transport, platform security controls, and provider-level protections for cloud services.

Changes To This Policy

We may update this policy as Lovelock changes. When we do, we will update the effective date and publish the latest version on this page.
