Two ways to remove your data
Choose the method that works best for you. In-app deletion is instant and available in all our apps. If you prefer, you can also contact us directly.
Delete from the app
The quickest way — no email required, available in every Corsair Labs app.
- 1 Open the app on your device
- 2 Go to Settings or the Profile menu
- 3 Tap Account → Delete Account
- 4 Confirm the deletion — all your data will be queued for permanent removal

If you can't access the app or prefer to handle it over email, reach out and we'll take care of it.

What data each app stores
Every app is different. Here's exactly what we hold for each one — and what gets erased when you request deletion.
GuardIan Parental Controls
Stores parent account profile, paired child device records, geofences, alert settings, selected emergency contacts, and subscription status. Linked to child monitoring data below.
GuardIan Child
Stores location history, route and geofence events, SOS alerts, app usage reports, installed-app inventory, device status, and command status - all scoped to the paired parent or guardian account only. GuardIan Child does not store call logs, SMS content, browser history, microphone audio, camera content, screenshots, screen recordings, or keystrokes.
Lovelock
Stores account identity, partner pairing records, shared couple content, uploaded media, app settings, and diagnostics. Account deletion removes associated Firebase account data, Firestore records, and Storage media where available.
ReceiptVault
Stores receipt records, receipt images or documents you upload, account identifiers, backup metadata, settings, and diagnostics. Delete records in the app or contact us to request removal of server-side backup data.
Multi Currency Converter
Stores local settings and may process app diagnostics, usage events, and exchange-rate requests. Clear app data or uninstall to remove local settings; contact us for any server-side privacy request.
Jenga Master
Stores basic device info for crash reporting (model, OS version) and Google Play purchase records if in-app purchases were made. No account required.
Pirates Checkers
Stores basic device info for crash reporting (model, OS version) and Google Play purchase records if in-app purchases were made. No account required.
Freefall
Stores game progress locally on your device and may process ad identifiers, crash diagnostics, analytics events, Google Play purchase records, and optional Play Games data. Clear app data or uninstall to remove local progress; contact us for any server-side privacy request.
Delivery Dash
Stores local gameplay progress, settings, scores, and purchase state on your device. It may process ad identifiers, crash diagnostics, analytics events, and Google Play purchase records when those services are enabled.
Bubble Blitz
Stores local gameplay progress, settings, and scores on your device. It may process ad identifiers, crash diagnostics, analytics events, and Google Play purchase records when those services are enabled.
Ludo Rush
Stores guest identity, matchmaking records, private-room data, coins, match history, purchase records, ad events, and gameplay diagnostics when online features are used. Contact us for deletion of server-side gameplay records.
Deletion timeline
Once you submit a deletion request — in-app or by email — here's exactly what happens and when.
Account access revoked
Your account is deactivated. You can no longer sign in, and if you're a GuardIan parent, all child monitoring stops instantly.
Active data removed
Your account profile, linked device records, selected emergency contacts, location history, geofence records, app usage reports, installed-app inventory, alerts, and command records are permanently deleted from our servers.
Backups purged
Your data is removed from all encrypted backup snapshots as they cycle through our 14-day backup retention window.
All traces erased
Any remaining anonymized diagnostic logs referencing your device are purged. Nothing identifiable to you remains on our infrastructure.
What we may retain
In rare cases, certain non-personal records may be kept to comply with legal obligations.
