You're in control of your data. This page explains exactly how to delete it — whether through the app in seconds, or by contacting us directly.

How to Delete

Two ways to remove your data

Choose the method that works best for you. In-app deletion is instant and available in all our apps. If you prefer, you can also contact us directly.

The quickest way — no email required, available in every Corsair Labs app.

  • 1 Open the app on your device
  • 2 Go to Settings or the Profile menu
  • 3 Tap AccountDelete Account
  • 4 Confirm the deletion — all your data will be queued for permanent removal

If you can't access the app or prefer to handle it over email, reach out and we'll take care of it.

What data each app stores

Every app is different. Here's exactly what we hold for each one — and what gets erased when you request deletion.

Stores parent account profile, paired child device records, geofences, alert settings, and subscription status. Linked to child monitoring data below.

Stores GPS location history (90-day rolling), call logs, SMS content, app usage reports, browser history, and optional audio recordings — all scoped to the paired parent account only.

Freefall & other future apps

Future Corsair Labs apps follow the same policy. Minimal-data games store only crash diagnostics; any app requiring an account will offer in-app deletion from launch.

Google Play purchase records — transactions processed through Google Play Billing are managed by Google, not by us. To delete those records, visit your Google Play account or contact Google support.

Deletion timeline

Once you submit a deletion request — in-app or by email — here's exactly what happens and when.

Immediately

Account access revoked

Your account is deactivated. You can no longer sign in, and if you're a GuardIan parent, all child monitoring stops instantly.

Within 7 days

Active data removed

Your account profile, linked device records, location history, call logs, SMS data, app usage reports, and audio recordings are permanently deleted from our servers.

Within 14 days

Backups purged

Your data is removed from all encrypted backup snapshots as they cycle through our 14-day backup retention window.

Within 30 days

All traces erased

Any remaining anonymized diagnostic logs referencing your device are purged. Nothing identifiable to you remains on our infrastructure.

⚠️ Deletion is permanent and irreversible. Once your account and data are deleted, we cannot restore them. If you have an active GuardIan subscription, cancel it through Google Play before deleting your account — deleting the account does not automatically cancel billing.
Exceptions

What we may retain

In rare cases, certain non-personal records may be kept to comply with legal obligations.

We may retain anonymized, aggregated crash diagnostics (no device identifiers, no account info) for app stability purposes, and we may keep records required by applicable law — for example, billing records for tax compliance. These records contain no information that could identify you personally.
