ReceiptVault Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Corsair Labs collects, uses, stores, and shares information when you use ReceiptVault. It applies only to this app. For the app landing page, visit ReceiptVault. For the page containing every app policy, visit Privacy Policy.

Information We Collect

Receipt records, receipt images or documents, OCR text, categories, totals, dates, and warranty metadata.
Account identifiers, subscription status, backup metadata, settings, and diagnostics.
Optional email connector metadata if the user enables receipt import.

How We Use Information

Store, organize, search, and back up receipts selected by the user.
Generate categories, warranty dates, return windows, reminders, and spending summaries.
Operate subscriptions, exports, diagnostics, and support requests.

Third-Party Services

ReceiptVault may use the following service providers depending on which features are enabled:

Google ML Kit
Gemini
Cloudflare R2
Google Play Billing
OAuth providers for optional email import

Third-party services process information according to their own privacy policies. Corsair Labs does not sell, rent, or trade personal data.

Data Sharing

We share data only when needed to operate ReceiptVault, provide infrastructure, process purchases or ads where enabled, comply with law, prevent abuse, or respond to user support and deletion requests.

Data Retention And Deletion

Receipt records remain until the user deletes them or closes the account. Backup copies are removed when the user deletes backup data or requests account deletion, subject to normal backup and operational limits.

You can request deletion by contacting labscorsair@gmail.com and including the app name, your account identifier if applicable, and the type of data you want deleted.

Children's Privacy

ReceiptVault is not intended for children and should not be used to upload documents about children unless the user has the legal right to do so.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to the app's features, such as access controls, encrypted transport, platform security controls, and provider-level protections for cloud services.

Changes To This Policy

We may update this policy as ReceiptVault changes. When we do, we will update the effective date and publish the latest version on this page.
