What It Does

Guest login, quick match, private room codes, and 2-4 player Ludo.
Server-authoritative dice, moves, turns, captures, rewards, and win detection.
Reconnect-ready room model, mixed human-and-bot tables, and bot practice.
Optional live voice chat between players age 13 or older during a match, with microphone mute and leave controls.
Coins, match history, animated cosmetics, banner ads, rewarded video, and Google Play purchases.

Privacy At A Glance

Guest player ID, display name, selected country or matchmaking region, age setting, avatar selection, matchmaking tickets, private-room codes, live room state, and match history.
Wallet and coin records, rewards, friend and club relationships, reactions, in-app messages, Google Play purchase records, and gameplay diagnostics.
If you opt into match voice chat, microphone audio is transmitted to the other human players in your room using WebRTC. The app uses short-lived connection credentials and exchanges connection details through Cloudflare; it does not record or store the audio.
Unity LevelPlay and participating mediated ad networks may process IP-derived approximate location, advertising or other device identifiers, app and ad interactions, purchase history, and diagnostics when ads are enabled.

Information We Collect

Guest player ID, display name, selected country or matchmaking region, age setting, avatar selection, matchmaking tickets, private-room codes, live room state, and match history.

How We Use Information

Run live multiplayer matches and keep room state synchronized.
Operate matchmaking, social features, coins, rewards, server-side purchase verification, entitlements, and reconnect flows.
Connect only the human players who choose to join match voice chat; voice is off until joined and stops when they leave or the app goes to the background.
Serve and measure ads, analyze app and ad performance, prevent fraud, and improve reliability.

Third-party services process information according to their own privacy policies. Corsair Labs does not sell, rent, or trade personal data.

Data Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We share data with Cloudflare and Google Play as needed to operate the game and verify purchases. If you join voice chat, your live audio is shared with the other human players in that match, and Cloudflare TURN may relay it when a direct connection cannot be made. Advertising data may be shared with Unity LevelPlay and participating mediated ad networks to serve and measure ads, analyze performance, prevent fraud, and comply with law.

Data Retention And Deletion

Guest, wallet, match, social, purchase-ledger, and room records are kept as needed to operate gameplay, restore purchases, prevent abuse, meet legal obligations, and provide support. Voice audio is not recorded or stored by the app; voice connection credentials expire. Advertising providers retain data under their own policies. Users can request deletion of server-side gameplay records.

You can request deletion by contacting labscorsair@gmail.com and including the app name, your account identifier if applicable, and the type of data you want deleted.

Children's Privacy

Ludo Rush is intended for players age 13 and older and is not primarily directed to children. The app sends its child-directed setting to the advertising SDK before initialization.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to the app's features, such as access controls, encrypted transport, platform security controls, and provider-level protections for cloud services.

Changes To This Policy

We may update this policy as Ludo Rush changes. When we do, we will update the effective date and publish the latest version on this page.
