Information We Collect
- Mortgage and refinance calculations, saved scenarios, credit balances, settings, and review-prompt counters are processed or stored on your device. No Corsair Labs account or login is required.
- When you submit a question to the configured cloud AI assistant, your prompt and mortgage context (including price, down payment, rate, term, loan type, payments, DTI and affordability results) are sent to Anthropic's Claude API. Questions may contain information you choose to include. Cloud AI is optional; ordinary calculations do not send mortgage context to this service.
- Unity LevelPlay and its mediated networks (Unity Ads, ironSource/iSX, Liftoff/Vungle and InMobi) collect device or other IDs, such as advertising and app-set identifiers, IP-derived approximate location, ad interactions and other ad activity, and device/app diagnostics. Unity Ads also reports SDK user identifiers and purchase-history collection in its data-safety disclosures. These SDKs may transmit data even without an ad click.
- Google Play Billing processes optional AI-credit purchases. The app receives purchase status and transaction identifiers to grant credits; it does not receive your card or bank account details. Network services also receive connection information, such as IP address, needed to handle requests.
- The app does not request precise GPS location, contacts, photos, microphone access, or a mortgage application. Do not enter passwords, Social Security numbers, bank account numbers, or other unnecessary sensitive information into AI chat.
How We Use Information
- Calculate educational mortgage estimates, payment breakdowns, DTI ratios, PMI estimates, total interest, and amortization projections.
- Display charts and schedules, save scenarios locally, and generate educational answers through the optional cloud AI assistant or local rule-based fallback.
- Serve banner, interstitial and optional rewarded ads; measure ad performance; operate ad SDK functionality; diagnose problems; and prevent advertising fraud. Completed rewarded ads may grant AI credits.
- Process optional AI-credit purchases and help users compare planning scenarios without making lender decisions or official financial recommendations.
Third-Party Services
AI Mortgage Calculator US may use the following service providers depending on which features are enabled:
- Unity LevelPlay, Unity Ads and ironSource/iSX (unity.com/legal/privacy-policy)
- Liftoff/Vungle (liftoff.io/privacy-policy)
- InMobi (inmobi.com/privacy-policy)
- Anthropic Claude API (anthropic.com/legal/privacy)
- Google Play distribution and Billing (policies.google.com/privacy)
Third-party services process information under their own privacy policies. Ad networks may share identifiers, approximate location, ad activity and diagnostics with advertising and measurement partners. Such advertising disclosures may be considered sharing or a sale under some US state privacy laws; this policy does not promise that all advertising data stays on your device.
Data Sharing
Ad-related data is collected and shared for advertising, measurement, SDK operation and fraud prevention as described above. Optional AI prompts and mortgage context go to Anthropic to generate responses; the app does not intentionally send this content to ad networks. Google processes purchases and store transactions. We may also process information you send to support or disclose information when legally required. The Google Play Data safety form distinguishes collection by a service provider from third-party sharing; sending a prompt to our AI service provider still counts as collection.
Data Retention And Deletion
Local scenarios and settings remain until removed in the app, app storage is cleared, or the app is uninstalled; clearing storage can also remove local credit records. The app has no Corsair Labs account or cloud scenario database. This does not mean third-party providers keep no data: ad, transaction and AI records are subject to their retention policies and legal, security and fraud-prevention needs, and are not necessarily deleted when you uninstall. Contact labscorsair@gmail.com with the app name and the relevant data or provider to request access, correction, deletion, or applicable advertising opt-out assistance; we will assess the request and coordinate with providers where possible. You can also use ad privacy controls and provider privacy-request channels. Android advertising-ID controls limit certain tracking but do not stop all SDK data collection. Avoid cloud AI to avoid sending future prompts and mortgage context.
You can request deletion by contacting labscorsair@gmail.com and including the app name, your account identifier if applicable, and the type of data you want deleted.
Children's Privacy
AI Mortgage Calculator is intended for adults planning mortgage scenarios. It is not directed to children and does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to the app's features, such as access controls, encrypted transport, platform security controls, and provider-level protections for cloud services.
Changes To This Policy
We may update this policy as AI Mortgage Calculator US changes. When we do, we will update the effective date and publish the latest version on this page.
